This year we spent Christmas in Idaho! After many delayed flights, missed connections, standing in airport customer service lines we finally got there. While we were in Idaho it snowed so much, way more than it ever does! I loved it though, I have missed the cold since moving. It was so nice to finally get a break from school and work. We had no responsibilities and it was great!
During our trip in Idaho we got to go to McCall to visit Brayden's grandma. While we were there we walked around town and went kick sledding with his parents. Kick sledding was so much fun! At least it was.... until Brayden rammed us into a hard snow bank, which was more like ice and then kneed me in the head when he jumped off the sled trying to avoid me. But really it was so fun, even with the crash! I have never been kick sledding so it was exciting to learn something new. The rest of the Christmas break in Idaho was spent playing pickle ball, board games, spending time with family, sitting by the fire, visiting with old friends and sledding. It was great. We also got to be there for Brayden's sisters baby blessing! I am so glad that we had a break and were able to spend it with Brayden's family!
